QUALITY POLICY

We shall manufacture the cable trays and accessories of both perforated and ladder type cable trays, transmission line towers, structural steels etc. As per your specifications and drawings.

We shall procure the necessary HR Sheets from the main steel plants viz. Steel Authority of India Ltd., Tata Iron & Steel Co Ltd., Essar Steel Ltd., or reputed Re-rollers of Steel. We agree to provide test pieces as required by Inspection Agency to enable them to determine the quality of Material supplied under the contract. After procurement, the material shall be checked as regards to thickness and therefore, these sheets and structure shall be cut into requisite width and length for fabrication.

Fabrication shall be as per IS-specifications and al tolerances in dimensions shall be as per Customer’s approved drawings. The burs and sharp edges shall be filed after perforation and the inner surface shall be smooth to prevent damages to cables.

All Nuts, Bolts and pack washers in case of structures will be Hot dip Galvanized. In case of Nuts, Bolts and washers including Spring washers the same would be Electro-galvanized.

We agree to provide the necessary inspection facilities at our works and at our Galvanizer’s works, before dispatch.

We have qualified engineers and skilled personnel for carrying out the necessary fabrication and our Galvanizers also have qualified and skilled personnel for galvanising materials as per relevant IS-specifications and ASTM and BS as desired by the Customers with the experience of more than two decades, we have now established and organisation designed to achieve high level of workmanship and reliability.

We agree to your inspection through third party agency. We shall provide all the facilities and access to the works to the third party agency to facilitate inspection. Necessary QAP is attached along with the mail.
